Bags Specifications:
– Bag Dimensions: for 1 kg: width: 100 mm, depth: 60 mm, height: 300 mm ± 10%).
– Bags type: ready-made paper bag, 80 micron, with square bottom.
Machine Production Speed:
Approximate Production Speed: 30 bags per minute for 1 kg. weight. The speed depends on: product (its specific gravity & composition), and the filling quantity inside each bag.
Bag conveying after filling: consisting of a conveyor with the following specifications:
– Bag is being put manually on the conveyor.
– Conveyor is installed on iron legs, painted in white thermal coating.
– Adjustable guides to avoid bag falling during moving.
– EU made motor, with special electronic control.
Bag sealing: with the following specifications:
– Sealing the closed bags.
– Cutting the excess paper.
– Mechanical folding of bags, in addition to thermal glue with a special device.
– Mechanical pushing to finally close the bag.
Control:
– All Electric components are by Schneider Electric, France.
– Control panel includes: function control buttons, main On/Off button, and emergency stop button.
Finishing:
Machine frame is painted ( white thermal coating ).
